This is a waterproof house for all kinds of weather.  It has a Cat Flap that will keep out the wind and rain or snow.  My houses like this last about 3 years before I have to put another coat of paint on them.  This one has 3 coats of the best outdoor paint on it and is thoroughly caulked inside.  My best selling feral cat house or feral cat feeder.
This OUTSIDE, WATERPROOF HOUSE will hold two to three cats.  It is great for Feral cats.  $150.

4018x19.This Hider has a baffle in it that is guaranteed to keep small hands or small dogs out of the litter pan, (some of us have doggy "poop snackers", LOLThe baffle is removable so that the carpet, (not tacked down), can easily be removed and the litter collected by it put back into the pan.,,,you can see the baffle with the hole on the side in the second picture.Because of the winding  path on the carpet that the kitty must take , no litter escapes the Hider onto your nice clean floors..
It also has the bench trim on top.  I have ONLY ONE AVAILABLE TO SHIP NOW.  The lines that appear in the last picture are not there......it is a camera fault.  It looks solid ebony as do the top pictures..
The High Side Litter Pan comes with it.  If you have any high "pee ers", they will not be able to pee over this pan which is 23x16.5x12.   $550  Shipping is COD.  Send your zip code and I will price it for you.

This is a double Hider like the one above but without the baffle..  It is 40x18x19 and will take a High Side Litter Pan and a food and water dish to give the kitty or small dog a place of his very own when he wants some private time, LOL.
The inside is beautiful walnut.  The Hider and a Medium Like it were left outside by one of my workers about a year ago.  It was not prepped to stay outside, so it needs to be refinished on the outside as does the Medium.
This Extra Large Hider is $425 as is and will be $505 once I refinish it.

The Medium  is $285 as is and $350 if I finish it.  Both are COD.  I will give you an idea of the cost if you email me your zip code.
