The houses below are made of tongue and groove white pine. The outside may be either beaded or grooved. All joints are glued and nailed. I am showing them both natural and varnished. You may purchase one natural and finish it yourself, or choose a stain after which it will receive three coats of varnish.

SMALL HOUSES for small cats, kittens, or ferrets. The house below measures 14 x 9 x 7 inches. The V groove is on the outside while the inside is beaded.
MEDIUM SIZED HOUSES are perfect for the average cat. 18 x 10 x 8 inches. The outside is beaded and the inside V grooved.
LARGE HOUSES are for the larger cats, or small dogs. They can also be used to keep your cat's food and water safe from your "always hungry" dog. They measure 19 x 14 x 11inches.
This house was finished with Red Oak stain and three coats of varnish were applied.
The houses can be made to the measurements you choose as you may choose the stain color. Most cats prefer a house that is just a little bit larger than themselves allowing only enough room for them to turn around in. All of the houses have hinged lids so that they may be opened for cleaning or replacement of the carpet.
